Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY: We use a courier service to dispatch your orders. We may on occasion use Royal Mail. We currently only ship "Dielle Nail Colour" to UK addresses. For overseas shipping arrangements, please contact clientsupport@dielle.co.uk. Standard delivery on nail polish orders under is between £2.99 and £6.99. Items despatched under standard delivery will usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Next day (next working day) delivery is £6.95. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on any and all public holidays we be processed the next working day. Time-specific delivery is not possible with next day delivery. Delivery will be made any time between business hours for the next working day delivery service.

ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION: Once your order has been placed we are sorry that it is not possible to make changes to that order. If you would like to add another item to your order please place a new order for these items. If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Client Services team on 0208 780 2951  between 9am and 5pm, Monday - Friday. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the unlikely event of any unwanted products.

MISSING DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS: If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, please email client support clientsupport@dielle.co.uk , or call us on 0208 780 2951 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If  you haven't received your order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us. If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, email client support team or call between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

RETURNS POLICY: In the unlikely event that you would require to return a product please email clientsupport@dielle.co.uk with "RETURN" in the subject line. Please specify the reason for returning the good and we will reply with further procedures to follow in order to return the goods. It's important that returned items are in a new condition, so please take care of them and keep all packaging. You must contact us before you return so that we can issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code and provide details of the appropriate return address.

REFUND POLICY: In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, return the product to us within 7 days in an unopened, undamaged state and in the original packaging. we'll issue a refund for the goods upon receipt and inspection approval.
